Prayer Action Points: Week 17

“Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens” (Ps. 68:19).

In your prayer journal, list the following headings: (1) Anxieties; (2) Responsibilities; (3) Needs; (4) Desires. Under each, list everything that comes to mind. As you write it down, consider it an act of surrender. You are handing each thing over to Him. Do this every day for a week. You will most likely be repeating some things every day. That’s fine. He “daily bears our burdens.”

    Love this little exercise! It will change your perspective!

    Give your burdens to Him…He wants to carry them! He doesn’t need help though to know what to do with them or how to handle them He merely says to give them to Him!

    Prayers for a week to keep your eyes fixed on Him! Your heart soft and pliable and your spirit surrendered to His!
